She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Lazard Jacob "Jake" Levy, Jr., of Slidell, LA. She is survived by three daughters: Belinda Levy-Henricson, of Slidell, LA, Luzette Arender, of Mandeville, LA and Sonya Levy, of Las Vegas, NV; two sons: Lazard Jacob Levy, III, of Slidell, LA and Hy Levy, of San Francisco, CA; four grandchildren: Erica Arender Murla, Ross Levy, Elize Levy and Cole Levy; and one great-granddaughter: Hartley Claire Murla. Daughter of the late Henry J. Bonnabel, Jr. and Alice Terral Bonnabel. Age: 83 years. Marguerite was a native and lifelong resident of Slidell. She was active in the Slidell community, volunteering a number of years for GOSH (Guardians of Slidell History) and Habitat for Humanity. Mrs. Levy founded Levy's Appliances and Furniture, Inc. with her husband in August 1960. Relatives and friends of the family are invited for visitation on Saturday, January 22, 2001, at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA, beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment in FOREST LAWN MAUSOLEUM at 12:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph Hospice Foundation, or a charity of your choice. ===================
