James Earl Lavigne passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at the age of 50. 

A longtime resident of Covington, LA. 

Beloved husband of Karen Keating Lavigne. Devoted father of Elise Magon Lavigne 
and Taylor James Lavigne. Son of Julia Crawford Lavigne Langlois and the late 
Earl Matthew Lavigne. Brother of Jonathan Langlois, Joanna Langlois Leonard, and 
the late Jerry Chris Lavigne. Son-in-law of Donald and Betty Keating. Also 
survived by nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of 
Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Wednesday, 
January 26, 2011 at 6:00 pm. Visitation from 4:00 pm until service time.
The burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family
in memory of James, Care of / Freedom House Church 79236 Hwy. 40 Covington, LA 
70435
