Lena Ann Giardina Hillburn entered into the Kingdom Of God on the morning of 
January 10, 2011.

Beloved wife of 49 years to Cecil E. Hillburn; loving mother of Scott A. 
Hillburn, Todd E. Hillburn (Karen), Allison H. Paine (Mike) and Traci H. Dodd 
(Kevin); grandmother to Scott, Jr., Taylor, Kristen, Kyle, Kaylin, Trey, Kiley, 
Sydney, Jaidan and Andrew; great-grandmother to Noah and Micah; and sister of 
Angelo Joseph Giardina (Virginia) and Joseph Charles Giardina (Kathy). 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lena Moscona Giardina; and her father, 
Angelo Joseph Giardina.

Age 69 years, a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Madisonville, LA for 
the past 25 years. She devoted her entire life to her family and friends and 
will be missed by all those who love her.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to celebrate the Mass of 
Christian Burial on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433.

Visitation on Thursday will begin at 9:00 AM and continue until service time.

Interment will follow in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery.
