Richard Fryson Sr., age 62, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, 
January 2, 2011 in Slidell, Louisiana. 

He was preceded in death by his parents: Simeon and Clara Smith Fryson Sr; one 
brother: Simeon Fryson Jr. He 

is survived by his wife Carolyn Forte Fryson; three children: Richard Fryson Jr. 
(wife Davina Fryson), Thais Fryson Kitchens (husband Roy Kitchens Jr.), and 
DeShawn Fryson (wife Kizzie Fryson); two brothers: Gregory Fryson Sr., and Terry 
Fryson Sr., one sister: Patricia Feagan; and six grandchildren: Trae Kitchens, 
Taeden Kitchens, Darius Fryson, Torey Kitchens, Kylen Fryson, and Kyran Fryson. 

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the graveside service 
on Thursday, January 6, 2011, at 10:00am, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 1751 Gause 
Blvd West, in Slidell, LA. 

A Repast will be held following the services at the family residence. Funeral 
arrangements by Honaker Funeral Home Slidell LA.
