Richard R. Brown passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at age 73.

Beloved husband of 49 years to Carol Brown. Loving father of Michael Brown and 
the late Richard Brown III. Son of the late Dorothy White and Richard Brown. 
Brother of Ronald Brown and Robert Brown. Grandfather of Meghan and Cody Brown. 
Grandson of the late Bob White Assessor of St. Tammany Parish.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Mr. Brown was in the First Baptist Church of 
Covington Prison Ministry for over 30 years and a member of the Celebrate 
Recovery Program at First Baptist Church of Covington.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at First 
Baptist Church of Covington, 16333 Hwy 1085, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, 
January 29, 2011 at 12:00 noon with visitation at church on Saturday from 9:00 
AM until service time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Brown be made 
to the Celebrate Recovery Program at First Baptist Church of Covington.
