He was loved and admired by all who knew him. With one accord business and industry was stopped while his host of friends in Clarks attended with loving regard the memorial services. He was born in Somerset, PA January 21st, 1860. Of his 56 years he spent in the states of PA, Missouri, and Louisiana. His father, Graft Martin Pile was a very prominent Lutheran Minister. He is survived by hi mother, Barbara Larue Pile, His wife, Margaret Susan Pile, five daughters, Helen, Grace, Anna, Ethyle, and Georgia, one sister, and four brothers. Burial will be at Old Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Clarks, LA. Additional Comments: The Pile Family Bible is being given to the Old Bethel Baptist Church.
