John Stow cemetery located
seven miles from Ruston on highway 33 going towards Farmerville, in Lincoln
Parish, LA. I am told this is the second oldest graveyard in the area which
was once part of Union Parish, Louisiana. My ancestors are interred here.
Matthew Wood was the first President of the Union Parish police jury and donated
the land for the town of Farmerville.
