Mrs Victoria Catherine Kirkwood

Mrs. Victoria Catherine (Utley) Kirkwood, 98, of 743 Hopkins St. died at 6:45 a.m. Thursday at the Kentucky Rest Haven Continuous Care Center. She was born March 25,1880 in Hopkins Co., the daughter of the late Morgan and Lucy Sisk Utley. Her husband Tolbert, preceded her in death. She was a member of the Grapevine Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, Hilton of Madisonville; one nephew, Strother Wyat of Hopkinsville; three grandsons, one granddaughter, eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and several neices and nephews.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Harris Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ralph Gill officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Friends may call after noon on Saturday at the funeral home.
