Seeking information of the surname MORICAL/MORICLE/MORACLE -
In the 1850 Census for Jay Co., the following MORACLE's
were listed: household #54 Andrew and Delana MORACLE, #55
Solomon and Catherine MORACLE and #57 Jacob and Elizabeth
MORACLE. I am particularly interest in the ancestors and
descendants on Jacob MORACLE (b.1801) and Elizabeth HILTON
(b.1812), married in Montgomery Co., Virginia 11 may 1831
and moved to Jay Co., Indiana shortly thereafter.

Looking for info concerning Isaac Royston Ford (b.@1845 near
Maxville, Randolph Co, IN and died in 1905 in Jay County). He
was the son of Royston Ford and Delilah Mills. He
served in the 19th IN Infantry during the Civil War and also
served at least one term as Randolph County Coroner in the
1880's. After the death of his first wife, Hannah K. Ford
(yes, that was her maiden name) he relocated to Jay County
and married Sarah Thornburg. I am looking for any information
or leads available on his family.

My GGGrandfather Isaac UNDERWOOD died in Jay Co, IN 6 Jun 1904.
His daughter Mary Amanda (died in Jay Co Oct 1903) married
Daniel G. Shafer (Died Jay Co? 1917) and they settled in Jay Co
in the 1850s. They had several children in the 1860-70 time
frame in Jay Co including my GGrandfather William Oliver Shafer.
