Seeking information about the RAILSBACK family. William L. Railsback married Harriet A. Pierce on Oct.11, 1870 in Jasper Co. Their son, Clarence Railsback, was born in 1872. Did her husband die? What happened to Clarence? In 1875 Harriet remarried John Q. Pattison in Tippecanoe Co., IN and they had a daughter, Maude Pattison, born July 1879. Thanks for your help.

Daniel Davis appears 1850 Jasper County census, Barkley Township with wife Margaret Stout, Son Isaac, daughter Sarah, and other children. Wife appears on 1860 Shelby OH census without Daniel, Isaac or Sarah, has remaining children. Is Isaar buried in Jasper county. He would have died after 1852. Any info helpful.

Interested in sharing information on the family of Joshua HEALEY & his wife Julia Ann HOWLAND. Joshua was born 1838 in Quebec Canada, served in Civil War, married Julia in 1864 in Delphi, Carroll Co., IN, lived in Rensselaer, Jasper Co., IN, and died 1880 in Goodland, Newton Co., IN. His parents were Sylvester HEALEY & Rosa HALL (of White Co, IN). Julia was born 1840 in Miami Co., IN & died 1913 in Rensselaer. Her parents were Joseph HOWLAND & Mary TAYLOR. Joshua & Julia had 5 children, but only 3 lived to adulthood: Dora LaRue (married Frank LYON & lived in Delphi, IN), George Howland (married Stella HOUGH), & Maud Joshua (married Edward MILLS). DUBOISE COUNTY Nov. 15, 1996 I am looking for any information I might be able to get concerning a grandmother and grandfather that possibly were married in Dubois County. Their names are Sarah GOODMAN and William Jacob HANKS. They lived in Breckinridge County, KY. but since there was once a ferry that took Kentuckians to Indiana in Dubois Co. Perry County Query I am looking for information on my ggrandparents who could very well have been married in Perry County. Their names are Sarah GOODMAN and William Jacob HANKS. They resided in Breckinridge KY but because of the ferry that took people to Indiana I think they could have been married in Perry County Indiana. Anyone out there who might know anything about these people? I can not locate anything on them in Kentucky at the present time. Appreciate any help.

HOLMES/MORRICAL - Seeking info on parents of John Holmes and Mahala Jane Morrical. Johnb, b.in Pa in 1824; marr. 30 Dec 1852 in Fulton Co., Ind. to Mahala Jane Morrical. John and Mahala appear in the 1860 Kankakee Co., Ill (Otto Township) Census. Mahala b.1834 in Ind.. Children in 1860; Mary E., Eliza, Charles and Melissa. John was a private in Co.H, 113th Illinois Infantry during the Civil War and died 12 Dec 1863 in a hospital in Springfield, Ill. Don't know when Mahala died, sometime after 1869. It appears from 1860 Kankakee census that John may have had brothers Jacob and Henry. Mahala had a brother, Frank, who was a doctor in Chesterton, Ind. Will share. Any help appreciated. Joan

Looking for information on Luke BEAVER (BEVER) and his parents. Luke's death certificate lists his date/place of birth 20 Jan 1833 in IN. I also found Jan 1835, birthplace OH. Certificate lists father as John BEVER, b. OH, and mother WEAVER, b. OH. I've found John BEVER in several county censuses, but haven't been able to connect them to Luke. I found a Luke BEAVER married to Sarah OWENS 28 Mar 1838 in White Co., but haven't found a connection to my Luke. Luke married Catherine MIKESELL, 31 Jul 1857 in Carroll Co., and Elmina Mae MIKESELL, Jan 1880. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
