I am attempting to determine the parentage of Levi L. Cox who was born 9Jun1823 in Indiana, county unknown. He married Margaret Moore 7 Sep1844 in Wabash Co., IN and had 11 children. They lived in Wabash Co. until ca.1864-1867, whereupon they moved to Fulton Co., IN where Levi died ca.1Mar1869. Children: daughter Cox (1846-1846) Fernando G. (b.ca.1840/1, IN - county unknown) married Jefferson Ray 7Jul1856, Wabash Co.IN. Peraba's name may actually be ";Feraba" or "Theaba". Aaron and Peraba were residing with Levi Cox in the 1850 Census of Wabash Co., but they are too old to be children of Levi and Margeret, so I presume they are either siblings or other close relatives. Looking for date and place of death of Willis CARTER. He and family were living in Rochester, Fulton Co.,In. on the 1850 federal census. He is gone in 1860. In Feb 1861 there was a court action between his second wife, Malinda, and his children by first wife over land. Any help on this family will be greatly appreciated. Rev. Henry F. BULGER of Kewanna (1888-1959) Born June 29, 1888, where? died July 4, 1959. Married? Services were from Church of Christ. Burial Kewanna I.O.O.F. I am trying to connect this man to the DICKERSON family. I found a studio portrait of him taken in Logansport, IN, probably in the 1940's. On the back is written "Uncle Rev. Bulger." I also have a memorial card from Harrison Funeral Home.

I am looking for first names of my grandfathers parents. My grandfather was JOHN JACOB THOMMEN and was born in Fulton County around 1870. I beleive he also had a brother named GEORGE. JOHN THOMMEN went to Michigan > North Dakota. I am trying to trace the parents. JOHANNES THOMMEN is listed on JOHN JACOB THOMMEN'S death certificate. HOLMES/MORRICAL - Seeking info on parents of John Holmes and Mahala Jane Morrical. Johnb, b.in Pa in 1824; marr. 30 Dec 1852 in Fulton Co., Ind. to Mahala Jane Morrical. John and Mahala appear in the 1860 Kankakee Co., Ill (Otto Township) Census. Mahala b.1834 in Ind.. Children in 1860; Mary E., Eliza, Charles and Melissa. John was a private in Co.H, 113th Illinois Infantry during the Civil War and died 12 Dec 1863 in a hospital in Springfield, Ill. Don't know when Mahala died, sometime after 1869. It appears from 1860 Kankakee census that John may have had brothers Jacob and Henry. Mahala had a brother, Frank, who was a doctor in Chesterton, Ind.

I am looking for information on parents or siblings of JOHN JACOB THOMMEN. He was born on September 17, 1872 in FULTON COUNTY, INDIANA. He then went to MICHIGAN where he married EDITH LEONA BROWN on August 22, 1899. They homesteaded near MEDORA, NORTH DAKOTA in 1800. He is a maternal grandfather. I have a copy of his death certificate. He died June 25, 1944 in COLORADO. He might have had a brother names GEORGE. The only parent listed on his death certificate is JOHANNES THOMMEN, born in BERN, SWITZERLAND. He was hired as a sharpshooter for the UNION ARMY in the CIVIL WAR. Fulton county- Seeking information regarding Andrew Hann and his 1st wife Lydia Peacock. Lived Miami and Fulton county mid 1800's. Believe Lydia died between 1854 and 1856 unable to confirm or locate burial for Lydia or Andrew. Andrew has 2 more wives Samantha Scott and Melinda Harsh, He married both in Fulton county.
