The purpose of this project is
to allow you to submit
your family groupsheets to the Mississippi Archives.
Be sure to use
the submission form (or alternate email form) below
as that is the only format that will be accepted for this project.

The form below is made for a family of 15 children. It is only 2 generations since there is no simple way to do more than that and store it. To simplify filing these and prevent duplication, we will only be filing the chart under the *father's* surname. We hope that you will also submit a separate chart on the mother's family. If there is more than one marriage, submit a second family groupsheet and make a notation in the documentation field that states this is an additional marriage.
If your browser does not support forms, or you would like the time to prepare your groupsheet off line, here is an alternate groupsheet you can copy and past into your email.
NOTE: After submitting your entry, you will be taken to a screen titled MailMerge Gateway. Use your browser's BACK button to get out of this screen and continue your visit to the MS Archives. Please DO NOT push the "Submit" button more than once for each groupsheet.
Thanks to the ARGenWeb Archives,
Peggy J. Rogers, Coordinator
for the use of their page format.
