Church Sign
It is located on the Taylor-Talbot County lines, on highway
208. From Butler, GA, go north on Hwy 19 to Hwy 208, turn left
onto Hwy 208, then travel seven miles. Shiloh Primitive Baptist
Church will be on the left. The graveyard is easily seen from
the highway.
The church was founded before 1840. About 1888 it was moved to
the present location from Prattsburg, Georgia. Meetings are
still held on the fourth Sunday at 3:00 o'clock.
The members are hoping to have it put on the National
Historical Register.
