  The auditorium of the Baptist

Saturday afternoon by sorrowing
friends who gathered to pay their last

the life stricken down so early. The

lodge attended in a body. The flowers
were beautiful and very abundant
completely banking the casket and the
pulpit of the church.

country as sergeant in the commissary
department having charge of the pur-
chase of clothing. He was stationed

riage with Miss Valentine Packard and
to them two children were born, Dor-
othy, aged nine, and William, aged six.
