In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hand and seals this 2nd day of December A.D. 1833. Sworn and subscribed to before me the 5 of December 1833. Elizabeth GRAY A. G. HAYNES, J.P. The State of Alabama Montgomery County I, James E. BELRES, Clerk of the County Court on and for said County, or hereby certify, that, A. G. HAYNES is now, and was at the town of Maken, the foregoing alter taker an acting Justice of the Peace for said County and the full faith and credit should be given to his acts as such officer.
