                EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
All persons having claims against the estate of HUGH McDOWELL, deceased, are 
hereby required to present them, properly authenticated, within the time 
prescribed by law, or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery. 
Also, those indebted to the same estate are requested to come forward and make 
payment immediately.
