n the name of God Amen. I Robert Brown being weak in body but of perfect
sound mind memory of judgment. Thanks to God for it & calling to mind the
mortality of my body I do thankfully recommend it to the earth to be buried
at the discretion of my Executor. I recommend my soul to God that gave it.
In hopes of a glorious reunion in union with my body at the Last Day.
Next I will & bequeath that all my lawful debts shall be paid.
Next I will & bequeath to my brother William Brown and David Brown all my
land, goods and chattles. Together with noats, bonds and book debts equaly
to be divided at the discretion of my Executors. Line often mentioned.
Excepting one sorral filly which I will and bequeath to my sister Margrit.
Next I will & bequeath my sister Elizabeth twenty shillings. Next I will &
bequeath to my sister Marthers one pound.Next I will & bequeath to my
father all the interest arising from noats and bonds during his
life & further I apoint James Obshilman my executor of this my last will
and testament and do revoke & make void all other Will and Testaments here
to fore made as witneys where of I have herein to set my hand and seal
this 15th Day of December 1795.
