Deed Book A, page 352 - 7 Nov 1807 

"Know all men by these presents that we JEREMIAH WILSON and JOSEPH WILSON both 
of the County of Livingston and state of Kentucky for an in the Consideration of 
One dollar to use in hand paid the receipt whereof hereby acknowledged and for 
good causes as whereunto moving do make Constitute and appoint our trusty friend 
and brother JOHN WILSON of MECKLENBURGH CO state of NORTH CAROLINA our attorney 
in fact for the special purpose of acting for and in our behalf as coheirs or 
devisees of WILLIAM WILSON dec'd and for us to take possession of all lands or 
personal estate and such Lands to Rent or Sell and Convey as fully and as amply 
as we ourselves could do if we were personally present and to employ one or more 
attorneys at law or in fact as he may or find necessary and to commence prosecute 
and defend part thereof the sd William and all and Singular acts and Conveyances 
rent or sales of sd Estate shall be binding and as coheirs or devisees of sd 
William. Witness whereof we have Set our hand and seals this 7th November 1807.

JOHN WILSON of MECKLENBURGH co., NC sells to Joseph Newcom of Livingston Co., 
KY ...400 acres of land in Livingston Co on the waters of Trade Water (River) 
entered in name of Jennett Cunningham and granted to JOHN WILSON by state of 
KY...near old military line ...on bank of Trade Water ...for sum of $400.
