                   DEBTOR'S NOTICE
   To DR. SAM'L SIMPSON
   You are hereby notified, that I being arrested upon a case at your 
instance, and having given bond for my appearance at the next Court of Pleas & 
Quarter Sessions for the County of Mecklenburg on the 4th Monday in July (this 
instant) at which time and place I design availing myself of the benefit of 
the Act of Assembly passed for the relief of honest debtors. You may attend at 
the time and place if you think fit.
