It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the  defendant,  MICHAEL 
FINN, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three  successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said defendant appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter 
Sessions to be held for the County of Mecklenburg in the Court House in 
Charlotte, then and there to plead answer or demur to said suit,  judgment 
final  will be entered up against him.
