                           EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   All persons indebted to the estate of MOSES NEELY, deceased, are requested 
to make payment immediately, and those having claims agains said Estate are 
notified to present them duly authenticated wtihin the time prescribed by law 
or this notice will be plead in bar of recovery.
