ALEXANDER ROBERTSON

Original Attachment

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that ALEXANDER ROBERTSON resides 
outside the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal 
notifying said defendant to be and appear at our next term of the Court of 
Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Mecklenburg at the Court 
House in Charlotte on the 4th Monday in September next to plead, answer or 
demur to this petition filed or final judgment will be rendered against him 
and the property levied on condemned to satisfy the Plaintiffs' demands. 
Witness, C. J. ALEXANDER JR., Clerk of the said Court at office on the 4th 
Monday A.D. in October, 1843.
