                     DEBTOR'S NOTICE
MR. WM. P. McLENNAN
Sir -- Having been arrested on a case at your instance, I intend at the next 
Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions for Mecklenburg County at the Court House in 
Charlotte, on the 4th Monday instant, to take benefit of the Act of Assembly, 
made and provided for insolvent debtors, when and where, you can attend if you 
think proper.
