It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ANDREW F. 
DAVIDSON, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive months in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at our next Superior Court to 
be held for the County of Mecklenburg in the Court House in Charlotte, on the 
6th Monday after the 4th Monday in March next to plead answer or demur, 
judgment will be entered up against him.
