MARGARET A. DUNLAP
        vs.
DAVID R. DUNLAP
GEORGE H. DUNLAP
and HARRIET DUNLAP

Petition for Dower

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
GEORGE H. DUNLAP, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication for six successive weeks be made in the 
Charlotte Journal notifying him to appear at the next Court to be held for the 
County of Mecklenburg at the Court House in Charlotte on the fourth Monday in 
January to plead, answer or demur to this petition, otherwide judgment will be 
taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to him. Witness CHARLES T. ALEXANDER, 
Clerk of the said Court at office on the fourth Monday in Oct. A. D., 1841.
