                               EXECUTORS'  NOTICE
   All persons indebted to the estate of ALEXANDER H. COCHRAN, deceased, are 
requested to make payment immediately; and those having claims against said 
estate are notified to present them duly authenticated with the time 
prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
