                          EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   Having qualified at the October Term, 1836, of Mecklenburg County Court as 
Executor of RUBEN BOZWELL, deceased, all persons indebted to the estate of 
said RUBEN BOZWELL, dec'd, are requested to make payment immediately; and 
those having claims against said estate are notifed to present them duly 
authenticated with the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in 
bar of their recovery.
