Original Attachment: Levied in the hands of ANDREW F. DAVIDSON and  WILLIAM 
BRYSON

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the  defendant,  CHARLES 
ROBIOU, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three  successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at our next Superior Court to 
be held for the County of Mecklenburg in the Court House in Charlotte, on the 
6th Monday after the 4th Monday in September next to plead answer or demur,  
judgment will be taken pro confesso.
