ISAAC S. ALEXANDER, Guardian
       vs.
THE HEIRS AT LAW of MARTHA WILSON

Petition for Sale of Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that SAMUEL WILSON and MARY 
BEATY, two of the heirs at law of MARTHA WILSON are not residents of this 
State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six 
successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said non-residents to be 
and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Mecklenburg at the 
Court House in Charlotte. Then and there to plead and show cause why the lands 
mentioned in the petition should not be sold. Witness P. THOMPSON, Clerk of 
the said Court at Office in Charlotte on the last Monday of August, A.D., 1836.
