Petition to sell Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants in this case 
are non residents of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal 
notifying said defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next term of 
this Honorable Court to be held for said County at the Court House at 
Charlotte on the 4th Monday in September next. 

Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte will 
be made as to them.
