MECKLENBURG COUNTY
Nov. Term, 1809

THE HEIRS OF HEZEKIAH ALEXANDER, deceased

        Vs.

JAMES R. ALEXANDER & WILLIAM S. ALEXANDER


It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, one of the 
Executors,is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the Defendant appear at our next Court to be held for the 
County of Mecklenburg in the Court House in Charlotte on the 6th Monday after 
the 4th Monday in March next and next to plead, answer or demur to this issue, 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
