MECKLENBURG COUNTY 
May Term, 1811

Heirs of HEZEKIAH ALEXANDER
              Vs.

JAMES R. ALEXANDER and WILLIAM ALEXANDER, Executors

Petition 
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the  defendants,  
JAMES R. ALEXANDER, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three  successive weeks in 
the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said defendant appear at our next 
Superior Court to be held for the County of Mecklenburg in the Court House in 
Charlotte, judgment will be taken pro confesso.
