Envelope, 1881 or 1882

I have in my possession an envelope with a 3 cent Washington stamp.
So it is probably dated 1881 or 1882. 
Can not read postmark for city on the front.
On the back it has "Middletown NY, Mar 1, 8pm

It is addressed to:

Middletown, NY
