Feb. 11, 1862 and M.O. Feb. 10, 1865 on Ind. M.O. roll on expiration of
term of service as of 6 Ind. Batty N.Y.L.A. to which trans June 22, 1864

>From Enl, 186___, to M.O., 186___ he held the rank of private and during
that period the rolls show him present except as follows: June 30, 1863
"Absent temporarily serving with Watermans Battery C. 1 R.I. Arty"
Borne on rolls of Batty C. 1 R.I. Arty. from June 30, 1863 to June 30,
1864
"Present. Detached from 10 N.Y. Ind. Batty. S.O. 151 A of P June 3,
