Division of the lands of Henry Kenady

December 10, 1829.

In pursuance to the order to us the undersigners directed, we proceeded to lay 
off and divide the lands of Henry Kenady deced among the lawful heirs of said 
deced in the following manner  that is viz. beginning at a corner pine near 
Henry Kenady Jun and runs S 54 E to the back line over miry marsh which lot 
covers No. 1, then beginning at the run of falling creek at a maple and runs N 75 
E to where it will intersect lot No. 1, then down falling creek to a poplar and 
runs N 79 E to said first line, then down the creek to a maple and runs across 
the plantation N 81 E which we call lot No. 4, then down said creek N 87 E across 
said plantation to the back line which we call lot No. 5, then down said creek 
again to a Gum and runs S 84 E across said plantation to the back line which we 
call lot No. 6, then down said creek to a gum and runs N 80 E 40 poles to a 
stake, then S 79 E to the back line, then down the creek to a sweet gum and runs 
N 80 E 36 poles to a stake, then S 74 E to the back line, then down said falling 
creek again to a gum and runs N 80 E 40 poles to a stake, then S 74 E across said 
plantation to the back line, then down said creek again runs N 80 E 30 poles to a 
stake, then S 72 E to the back line, then down said creek to a gum and runs N 80 
E 16 poles to a stake, then S 68 E to white? marsh which makes the 12th lot, 
which lots we apprize to 1000$ and value them as follows, 
lot No. 1 valued at $175 and pays lot No. 11 31$ 50, which was alotted to Henry 
Kenady 
lot No. 2 valued at 112$ 50 cts and pays to lot No. 12 29$ which was alotted to 
Kedar Canady 
lot No. 3 valued at 87$ and pays lot No. 8 1$ 75 cts and also pays to Lot No. 11 
$1.75 which was drawn by Sally Skinner 
lot No. 4 valued $64.75 which was drawn by Cannon Kenady 
lot No. 5 valued at 95$ which was drawn by Benjamin Kenady and pays to lot No. 4 
$11.50.  
Lot No. 6 valued at $66 and was drawn by Joshua Kenady 
lot No. 7 valued at $100 and pays lot No. 6 $16.50 cts which was drawn by Py 
Kenady 
lot No. 8 valued at $81.75 cts which was drawn by Patsy Creach 
lot No. 9 valued at 92$ which was alotted to Solomon Kenady and pays to lot No. 7 
0$ 75 cts to lot No. 12 0.75 cts 
lot No. 10 valued at $86 drawn by Nancy Suggs and pays to lot No. 11 $2.75 
lot No. 11 valued at $46 drawn by E. Creach 
lot No. 12 valued at 53$ 75 and drawn by S. Kenady.

We also further say the respectful sums that may be due from the superior lots to 
the interior lots shall become due and made payable on the 1 day of January 1831 
all of which your committee has respectfully submitted down this 10 day of 
December 1829.

Lot No. 3 pays to lot No. 8                            $ 1.75
Lot No. 5 pays to lot No. 4                            $11.50
