Milton POWERS [1832-1899] was born in Orange, Orange Co., VT, and died in Halifax,
Windham Co., VT, and his wife
Ellen Desiah MOWRY POWERS [1838-1910] was born in Leyden, Franklin Co., MA, and died
in Whitingham, Windham, VT.
They are buried in Sadawga Cemetery.

In 1891-1892 Rutland, Vermont, City Directory:
Orval H. CROSIER, Stenographer, House 63 Washington Street.
[He was my great grandfather.]

In 1909-1910 Rutland, Vermont, City Directory:
Mrs. M.A. Crosier, scalp specialist, house at 49 Grove Street.  [A scalp specialist
was a hairdresser.  She was my great grandmother.]

After this marriage Martha A. PIERCE moved from Rutland, VT, to Watertown, NY, with
her 2 children: Esther Ellen CROSIER [1893-1962] and Robert Milton CROSIER
[1894-1970].
