Benjamin F. Warren, son of Benjamin L. Warren, was born in Weathersfield,
Vt., in 1829. When quite young he moved with his parents to Haverhill,
N. H., where he devoted his time to farming. July 5, 1851, Mr. Warren
married Mary L. Stearns, of Haverhill. In 1867 they moved to Warren,
purchasing the farm formerly occupied by Josiah Foote, where they still
reside. Their only child, Sarah E., was born October 2, 1858, and died May
4, 1878.
