This will is located at the NH Div. of Records Management & Archives in
Concord, NH.

In the name of God amen, I Solomon Baily of Piermont, County of Grafton,
State of New Hampshire, being sick & weak of Body, but of sound mind and
disposing memory (praised be God), do make this my last will & testament;
(calling to mind my mortality) in ye following manner & form (viz) :

First, I give & devise to my wife Frances Baily, one third part of all my
personal or moveable estate, after my just debts, & funeral charges are
discharged. To her sole use & benefit forever, as also (ye?) improvement of
one third part of all my real or landed estate during ye term of her
Natural life, she making no waste or disfinction thereupon, but keeping ye
same in good & reasonable repair, & immediately after her decease the same
whole of my real & personal estate, after all ye legacies hereafter
mentioned are paid out of ye same is to be divided between my three sons.
Solomon Baily, Samuel Baily, & Gilbert Baily in ye following manner. (viz):

The two youngest sons, Samuel & Gilbert; to have out of my estate sixty
four pounds each, to be paid to them respectively as they come of age, or
twenty one years. And all of remainder of my estate both real & personal,
I give & bequeath to my eldest son Solomon Baily; he paying ye legacies
hereafter mentioned.

Two: I give to my Two daughters Fanny Baily & Anna Baily, thirty five
pounds as they respectively arrive to the age of eighteen years, to be
paid out of my estate by my executor.

Also, I do hereby ------------- & appoint my wife Frances Baily ye sole
executrix of this my last will & testament, to see ye same performed
according to my true intent & meaning.

Lastly, I declare this only to be my last will & testament. In witness
whereof, I the sd. Solomon Baily have hereunto set my hand & seal this
Twenty-fourth day of January, A. D. 1794.

                                         Solomon Baily

Signed, sealed, published & declared by ye sd. Solomon Baily to be his last
will & testament in presence of us who have subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto, in ye presence & at ye request of ye Testator.

February 12th, 1794

Then Samuel Wellman, Daniel Hogins and Samuel Crook personally appearing
made solemn oath that they saw Solomon Baily sign & seal and heard him
pronounce and declare the within instrument by him subscribed, to be his
his last will & testament. And that they signed their names as witnesses in
his presence and in the presence of each other and that according to the
best of their judgement he was of sound disposing mind & memory.
