DEED OF DEDICATION - ERNEST CABELL TUDOR 
Recorded in recorded Deed Book 217, page 408, Patrick county, Virginia.

THIS DEED OF DEDICATION,made and entered into this the 23rd day of May,1980, 
by and between William G. East and Lelia G.East, husband and wife, parties of 
the first part [hereinafter referred to as "the Easts"] and William P.Tudor, 
Bynum E. Tudor, William D. Tudor, Robert L. Tudor, Jane Page Powell Tudor, 
Shirley T. Brewer, Frances T. Holly, Inez J. Martin, Joyce J. Hutcherson, 
Betty T. Manack, Charlotte T. Cocks, Irene C. Plymale, Ruth F. Corbin, Ethel 
C. Saunders, Mary Elizabeth T. Wilt, W.A. Cox, Thomas A. McNeill, Jr., George 
Terrance McNeill, and Eleanor J. Grogan, parties of the second part 
[hereinafter referred to as "the heirs"]. 
W I T N E S S E T H : 
WHEREAS, the Easts and the heirs are friends and heirs at law, respectively, 
of the late Ernest Cabell Tudor;and 
WHEREAS, the Easts and the heirs desire to cause to be erected on a 4'x4' 
parcel of the property of the Easts a memorial placque to Ernest Cabell 
Tudor; and 
WHEREAS, the parties desire that there shall be dedicated a permanent 
easement for the location and maintenance of said memorial plaque. 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REMEMBERED that for and in consideration of the 
premises and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is 
hereby acknowledged, the Easts do hereby give,grant,convey and dedicate unto 
themselves and the heirs a perpetual easement for a memorial plaque on a 
small portion of the property of the Easts, which small portion is more 
particularly described as follows: 
ALL of that certain square parcel of land measuring 4'x4', the center of 
which is located near the easterly line of the property of William G. and 
Lelia G.East approximately 27 feet westerly from the center line of Virginia 
Secondary Route No. 686 at a point approximately 80 feet northerly from the 
center line, if extended in a westerly direction, of Virginia Secondary Route 
No. 690. The exact center point of said 4'x4' parcel shall be the actual 
center point of the pedestal supporting the plaque after installation of said 
pedestal and plaque. 
BEING a 4'x4' parcel located near the easterly edge of the 28.0760 acre, more 
or less, parcel conveyed to William G. East and Lelia G. East, husband and 
wife, by T.L.Plunkett, Jr.,and J.D.Logan, III,Trustees, by deed dated 
September 8, 1972, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of 
Patrick County, Virginia. 
TOGETHER WITH, if nesessary, the right of ingress and egress between said 
4'x4' parcel and the westerly side of Route 686 solely for the purpose of 
constructing and maintaining said pedestal and plaque and cutting and 
removing any brush and trees which might obstruct the public's view of the 
said plaque from Virginia Secondary Route No. 686. Said rights of ingress and 
egress shall be limited to ingress and egress by a straight path to and from 
Virginia Secondary Route No. 686. Nothing contained herein shall be 
construed as affecting any portion of the East's property other than said 
4'x4' parcel and the property, if any, between it and Route 686 which is 
subject to the limited rights of ingress and egress herein granted. It is 
intended that the rights of the Easts, as beneficiaries of the easement 
herein granted, shall continue in effect after any future sale of conveyance 
of their remaining property. It is understood that said plaque and easement 
are being donated by the parties hereto and that, as a covenant running with 
the title to said easement, the plaque may be maintained in perpetuity and 
shall not be removed without the consent of all parties to this deed, or 
their heirs, successors or assigns.
