The Lavonia Times April 19, 1912
My boy, Henry Maxwell, disappeared from his home near Lavonia on Sunday morning
March 3st. Nothing has been heard from him since that date. When last seen he wore
his everyday clothes.

He had on blue overalls with hole tore in right leg of them above knee, his cot
was dark checked. He wore blue checked shirt with spotted tie, dark hat and tan
shoes pretty badly worn. He carried a small open faced watch. He had about $2.00
in cash. He weighs about 150 pounds, is 5 ft. 10 in. high, wears a number 10 shoe
and number 7 hat. He has deep blue eyes and dark sandy hair. He has a gold crowned
upper front tooth. The tooth to the right is filled with gold. He is 19 years of
age. He carried a small set resembling a diamond and also several small stones
diamond shaped.

I will give $25 for his return to Lavonia will also pay extra expenses of railroad
fare. I do not know whether he is dead or alive. I will be glad to receive any
information that will lead to a knowledge of his whereabouts. Please look after
this and receive your reward. Address communications to

Z. C. Maxwell, (His father),
Bowersville, Ga., Rt. 1.
