DEED

This indenture made the twenty sixth day of August in the year of our Lord, one
thousand and eight hundred eleven, between Hugh McCurdy and his wife Grizzella of
Robinson Township, Allegheny County and State of Pennsylvania of the first part; and
John Hall, Jonathan Phillips and George McKee, Trustees for the lower branch of the
Associate Reformed Congregation of Robinson Run (now under the pastoral care of the
Rev. John Riddell of the township, county and state aforesaid of the other part. 
Witnesseth, that the said Hugh McCurdy and Grizzella his wife, for and in
consideration of the sum of ten pounds.  The receipt where of is hereby
acknowledged, do by this present bargain, sell, release and confirm to the said John
Hall, Jonathan Phillips and George McKee and their trustees duly appointed in trust
for the above described congregation forever, and all succeeding congregations of
that denomination only.  A certain parcel of land on which is erected a place of
worship, it lying and being on the north of Campbell's Run in the Township, County,
and State aforesaid.  Beginning by land of Samuel Scott at a post
.................containing 5 acres.  The same begin part of a tract of land called
Limestone, situated on Campbell's Run above, containing 280 acres and 70 perches,
about measure, granted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to John Wolf by patent
hearing date the ninth of March 1791.  Enrolled in the Rolls office of the state of
Pennsylvania in Patent Book No. 18 page 35.  And which aforesaid tract John Wolf did
on the eighth day of July in the year of our Lord 1795 by deed convey to the above
Hugh McCurdy and recorded in the recorders office for the Count of Allegheny in Book
D (page 215) together with all the improvements, buildings, ways, water,
watercourses, rights, privileges and appurtenances of whatever kind or quality
thereunto belonging in trust for the above mentioned congregation.  And the said
Hugh McCurdy and Grizzella his wife, do by these presents not only for themselves
but for their heirs warrant the above described parcel of land to be clear of any
dispute either in law or equity and will defend the same from the just claim, right
or title of any person whatsoever.  In testimony whereof, the said Hugh McCurdy and
Grizzella his wife, have here unto set our hands and offer seals the day and year
above written.
