DEED 
ENOCH DICE et un TO 
ANDREW C. PORTER 
This Indenture, Made the first day of April in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred and fifty three Between Enoch Dice and Christina his 
wife of the Township Plum and County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania of 
the first part and Andrew C. Porter of the township Patton of the county and 
State aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars lawful 
money of the United Stated of America unto them well and truly paid by the 
said party of the second part at or before the seating and delivery of these 
presents the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, 
sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these 
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm 
onto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that 
contain lot of ground in the town of Murrysville Franklin Township 
Westmoreland County ana State of Pennsylvania. And Designated in the original 
plan of said town as lot no fifty two fronting on East Main Street sixty feet 
and running Back one hundred and twenty feet to lands of James Murry of which 
this was a part Bounded on the East by p. lot formerly David Kustter now John 
Howard and on the west by a lot of James Erwin the s~aid lot no fifty was 
transferred and Deeded Bearing date April twenty first A.D. 1845 from James 
Murry and wife to John and James Clinger the same Being conveyed from John 
Clinger and wife and James Clinger to Enoch Dice Bearing Date March 30th A.D. 
1851 Together with all and singular the Building improvements ways waters, 
water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances 
whatsoever there unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, another property, 
claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part in law, 
equity, or otherwise howsoever, of, in, and to the same and every part there 
of , to have and to hold the said Desorbed lot of ground hereaitaments and 
premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the 
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assignors 
to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part 
his heirs and assigns forever. And Enoch Dice and Christina his wife the said 
parties of the first part, their heirs, executors and administrators, do by 
these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the 
second part, his heirs, and assigns, that they the said parties of the first 
part their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above 
described and granted on mentioned and intended so to be, with the 
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, 
against them the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against 
all and every other person or persons, whomsoever lawfully claiming or to 
claim the same or any part of, shall and will Warrant and forever Defend In 
Witness Where of, The said parties of the first part have to their presents 
set their hand and seal. Dated the day 
	and year first above written. Enoch Dice 	Christine Dice 	Sealed 
and delivered in the 
presence of us. Wm Millikin James MeGinley Received the day of the date of the 
above Indenture of the above named Andrew Porter the sum of six hundred 
Dollars lawful money of the United Stated, being the consideration money above 
mentioned in full. Enoch Dice Witness;Wm Millikin Westmoreland Co on the first 
day of April Anno Domini 1853 before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said 
County came the above named Enoch Dice and Christina his wife and acknowledged 
the above Indenture to be their act and deed, and desired that the same might 
be recorded as such. She the said Christina being of full age, and by one 
examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said 
Indenture being first made fully known to her, declared that she did of her 
own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act and deed deliver the 
same without and coercion or compulsion of her said husband. Witness my hand 
and seal the day and year aforesaid.
