  This Deed conveyance made this thirteenth day of April one
  thousand seven hundred and ninty-one. Between Joseph Cornell of
  Elizabeth Township, County Allegheny and State Pennsylvania,
  Carpenter, & his wife Mary on the one part & Samuel Vankirk, of
  the same place, Shoemaker, on the other part. Witnesseth that
  him the said Joseph Cornell & Mary his wife for & in
  consideration of the sum of thirty pounds to them in hand paid
  by the said Samuel Vankirk, the receipt whereof we do here by
  acknowledge and ourselves be there with satisfied, contented
  and paid & for the consideration aforesaid have absolutely given
  granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, enfeoffed, conveyed
  & by these presents confirmed unto him the said Samuel Vankirk
  his heirs & assigns forever a certain messuage, lott or parcel of
  land situate,lying & being on the waters of the Monongela River
  in the Town, County & State aforesaid. It being part of a tract
  of land for which a patent or confirmation was granted unto
  Edward Taylor the eleventh of June one thousand seven hundred &
  eighty seven by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as in one
  fully & at large will appear, reference the events being had;
  also by a deed of conveyance from said Taylor to Joseph Cornell
  bearing date the twenty-eight day of May one thousand seven
  hundred and ninety. Beginning at a Hickery Corner of the
  original tract thence through the same South twelve degrees West
  ninety nine perches to a post in the line of the original tract
  or survey aforesaid, it being also the line of John Hoods land;
  thence with the same South eighty-three degrees East thirty-one
  perches & eight-tenths to a post for a corner it being on a line
  of said Hoods and thence North thirty-nine degrees East sixty-six
  perches to a post for a corner; thence north seventy-eight
  degrees West thirty-nine perches & two-tenths to a White Walnut;
  thence by land of Zacheus Wilson & the line of a original tract
  as aforesaid, North thirty-six degrees West twenty-two perches to
  a post; thence North fourteen & three quarters degrees West
  fifteen perches & three-tenths to the place of beginning.
  Containing Twenty acres of land. Together with all their right,
  title, interest, property, claim & demand of, in an unto the
  above lott of land a premises & all its appurtenances there unto
  belonging, that is either in the ground or on it, or that any
  ways appurtains thereunto. To have and to hold unto the said
  Samuel Vankirk his heirs & assigns forever. And that him the
  said Vankirk his heirs & assigns, shall & may henceforth &
  forever here after lawfully, peaceably & quietly have, hold, use
  & enjoy all the aforementioned land & premises & all
  appurtenances thereunto belonging. Under & subject to all the
  restrictions & reservations in the above recited patent,& further
  them the said Joseph Cornell & Mary his wife doth by these
  presents, convenant, bind & oblige themselves, their heirs,
  executors & administrators, each & every of them from this time
  henceforth & forever hereafter to warrant, secure & defend all
  the afore granted land & premises unto him the said Samuel
  Vankirk his heirs & assigns forever, from & against all the
  lawful claim or claims, demand or demands of all & every person
  or persons what so ever or whomsoever. In witness where of them
  the said Joseph Cornell & Mary his wife hath hereunto set their
  hands & seals as their act and deed.

  Allegheny County, Ss. The nineteenth day of August 1791. Before
  me the subscriber (seal)one of the Justices of the Peace in & for
  said County, came above Joseph Cornell & Mary his wife and
  acknowledged the above conveyance to be their act & deed & desire
  the same may be recorded as such according to the law. The said
  Mary there unto voluntarily consenting. She being of full age
  separate & apart from her said husband by me examined, and the
  contents thereof first made known unto her. In testimony whereof

  Recieved the day of the date of within conveyance of Samuel
  Vankirk the full sum of thirty pounds, it being the full
  consideration money there in mentioned. As witness my hand &
