Thomas Hollowell vs John Pope, William Pope devisies of Wm. Pope, dec

Superior Court, Lenoir Co. 1810

Jurors find the bond declared is the act and deed of John Pope the devisor of 
the defendants and they have lands by devise sufficient to discharge the same 
- the jury also find the executors of John Pope did duly advertise the death 
of John Pope according to the directions of the Act of 1789 - and that the plf 
has been inhabitant of the State and the suit not instituted within two years 
from the qualification of the executors - 

Jury found for the defs

NOTE: No clue what this was about but John Pope had a will and he may have had 
some debt
