  I went to N.C.Archives Saturday and looked up up court documents.I got
some really good ones.Got a big laugh out of this one.Reddick Johnson
was my granndfather.

A.D  Parrott being duly sworn,complains and says,that at and
in said county,and in FALLING CREEK township,on and about the
9th day of December 1904 REDDICK JOHNSON and CHARLES
ROGERS did unlawfully and wilfully TRESPASS UPON THE PREMISES
OF MR.AND MRS.A.D.PARROTT BY TAKING DIRT FROM SAID
PREMISES AND OTHERWISE TRESPASSING THEREON.

against the form of the Statute in such cases made and provided,and
contrary
to law,and against the peace and dignity  of the State.
