BAUCH, LOUIS, was born in Stephenson county, Illinois, May 6 1864; 
attended the public schools, but at the age of seventeen commenced to 
learn the butcher's trade, and has followed this business since then; 
came to Sioux Falls in 1887, and went into business for himself in 
1889, and recently erected a fine market building on south Phillips 
avenue.  He is a good business man and a good citizen.
