Mary Ellen "Ellie" Ardell (maiden name Stevens) Fowler was born 3-6-1874 and
died 2-27-1948 (GA DC# 2325) and is buried at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Twiggs County.

 Mrs. Frank F. Fowler

Funeral services for Mrs. Frank F. Fowler, Danville, Route 1, will be held at
3PM today in Mt. Zion Church, Twiggs County, the Rev. C. L. Lowery, the Rev. J.
E. Townsend, and the Rev. Jimmy Waters will officiate. Burial will be in the
churchyard.
Mrs. Fowler was born in Twiggs County, March 6, 1864 (should be March 6, 1874),
daughter of the late Ed Stevens and Mrs. Faithy Lee Stevens, both of Twiggs
County, and had made her home there all of her life. She was a member of Mt.
Zion Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. C. L. Nobles and Mrs. Jim Phillips; six sons,
Jim Fowler, Mark Fowler, Bob Fowler, Walker Fowler, and Jordan Fowler, all of
Danville and Newt Fowler, Jeffersonville; three sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Fowler, Mrs.
Sallie Fowler, and Mrs. Eli Nobles; four brothers, Emmett Stevens, Roland
Stevens, and M. H. Stevens, all of Danville, and E. R. Stevens,Jeffersonville;
16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial Chapel is in charge if arrangements.
