were Zilla Scarborough (born 1776) and Isaac (born 1780). This was his 
second marriage.

goes by the name of (Dimant), my land until my sons come of age; my son 
Henry Clark shall have the land on which I now live and my son, Richard 
Clark shall have the other place called the "Swimming Hole Neck;" my 
little gun to son, Richard; my gun called the long gun, to my son, 
Henry Clark; to my daughter, Clary Clark and Franky Clark a feather bed 
and furniture apiece to them; my mare called (Pigen) and her increase 
should be equally divided among all my children when they come of 
lawful age; my horse shall be sold and the money equally divided among 
my children when they come of lawful age; my son, (Richard) Clark shall 
have all my tools; I lend to my wife, Penny Clark all my estate "which 
I hant now mention in my will" during her lifetime or widowhood ; my 
brother, Richard Clark and John Stringer to be executors, signed Henry

24 Mar 1797  Edmond Clark  estate records; commissioners appointed by 
James Braswell, administrator of Edmond Clark, dec'd to lay off to Mary 
Clark, widow of Edmond Clark her years provisions to support her and 
her infant family for one year, laid off eight barrels of corner, five 
hundred weight of bacon and twenty five weight of lard which we suppose 
to be sufficient support until 1 Feb next, signed 24 March 1797, John

adjoining each other, the first on the south side of Tyancokey Swamp at 
a Spanish oak on   said swamp then west to John (Stringer or 
Atringer)'s corner tree then along his line to Robert Thornton's 
line then down the branch to Henry Clark's line to the back line and 
then along the back line to the swamp then up the   swamp to the first 
station, containing 130 acres; the second tract beginning at a white 
oak on Town Creek then along John (Stringer)'s line to the marsh branch  
then down the said branch the various courses to Town Creek then up the 
various courses to the first station containing 25 acres; signed 
Richard Clark by Isaac Hill, atty.  wit. E. Hall, John Hines.

Jan. 1803, date recorded Feb. Ct. 1803, Richard Clark of HANCOCK Co., 
Ga. to Dempsey Jenkins of Edge Co. for L25, a tract of land beginning 
at a hickory and a pine in Solomon Ward's line the south 31 east 130 
poles to a pine in Samuel (Crutchings) line then west along said line 
170 poles to a branch Wrightson Davises line then up the various 
courses of said branch to a (blank space) Solomon Ward's corner in said 
branch then along Ward's line north 42 east 115 poles to the beginning, 
containing 20 acres, signed Rich. Clark by Isaac Hill, atty.

stating that William Clark died leaving a small personal estate, 
signed Thomas L. Dancy, for the petitioner, commissioners appointed 
include Major Balfour, JP; by order of Nov. Ct. 1807, commissioners lay 
off years provisions for Nancy Clark, widow of William Clark, dec'd. 
Commissioners William Balfour, Esq., George Stephenson, George Anderson 
and Joseph Pitt laid off provisions of 350 weight of pork and five 
barrels of corn on 15 Dec. 1807, signed Will Balfour, Jos. Pitt,
