 Susie Frances Schoffill, 78, of Adel died December 19, 2004 at Memorial 
Convalescent Center of Adel.

 Born February 19, 1926 in Cook County to the late John Thomas and Ellen Thelma 
Schofill Davis, she was a homemaker and member of Gordon Avenue Baptist Church. 
She was married to the late Robert Chester Schofill, Sr.

 Survivors include three sons, Robert "Buddy" Schofill, Jr. of Adel, Gary 
Schofill of Nashville, Richard Schofill of Hahira; two daughters, Patricia 
Sanders of Adel and Carolyn Vredeveld of Lake City, FL; one brother, Milton 
Schofill of Tallahassee, FL; one sister, Liz Bratzel of Pompano Beach, FL; 15 
grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.

 Funeral services were held Dec. 23 at 2 p.m. at Brushy Creek Baptist Church 
with the Revs. Phillip Simmons and Harris Whitman officiating. Wayne and Mary 
Nell Boyette sang "Amazing Grace," "Beulah Lane," "I Call it Home," and "The 
Last Mile of the Way."

 Interment was in Woodlawn City Cemetery.

 Pallbearers were Alan Dixon, Daniel Humber, Ray Hunt, Wesley Gelatt, Jody 
Ledford, Freelon Gay.

 Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home of Adel was in charge of arrangements.
