 Julian Pat Winston Pafford, 82, of Gallatin,TN, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2011 
at Gallatin Health Care. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at 
Beulah Holiness Baptist Church with the Rev. Olan Witt, the Rev. Doyle Harper, 
the Rev. Wallace Smith, the Rev. Windell Moore and the Rev. Donnie Sloan 
officiating. The family will received friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Boone-Lipsey
Funeral Home on Highway 41 South.
 The congregation sang "Because He Lives" and "Well Done My Child," Rev. Mark
Stapleton sang "At the Crossing," Rev. Doyle Harper sang "Look for Me," Rev. Wallace
Smith sang "Just a Place to Spend the Night: and "What a Day That Will Be."
 Interment was in the Beulah Church Cemetery. The congregation sang "Amazing Grace"
and "Thank you, Lord" at the gravesite.
  Active pallbearers were Terri Pafford, Buddy Pafford, Chad Pafford, Chris Ponder,
Carl Johnson, Darrell Witt.
 Honorary pallbearers were Carl Pafford, Larry Cooper, Len Joiner, Chris Martin, Dan
Allen Taylor.
 Mr. Pafford was born Nov. 18, 1928 in Tifton to Elias L. Pafford and Gladys Rowe
Pafford, both deceased. He was a retired insurance agent and a member of the Church
of God. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Jacksonville Fraternal Order
of Police.
 Mr. Pafford is survived by his wife, Hildred Pafford of Gallatin, Tenn.; daughter
and son

Tenn.; great-grandchildren, Gabrial P. Epperson and Zachary J. Wilburn; 
brothers, Robert Jody Pafford of Valdosta, Emory Pafford of Nashville and J
Jerry Pafford of Adel; and sisters, Ann Gaskins and Janice Cooper, both of N
Nashville, Dorothy Joiner of Sparks and Judy Gatlin of Statenville.
 Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home in Adel is in charge of arrangements.
